2013
NUMU was established in 2013 with a clear and enduring purpose: to enrich lives through high-quality real estate developments that respect community values and environmental harmony. From the very beginning, our focus has been on creating spaces designed around people, sustainability, and long-term value.
2015
Building on this foundation, NUMU elevated the concept of neighborhood destinations through the launch of the Centro chain and the Palazzo restaurant complex. These developments reimagined strip malls in Saudi Arabia, creating accessible and welcoming spaces where shopping, dining, and community life intersect.
2019
As our vision expanded, NUMU entered the mixed-use development space with The Zone.
Designed around human-centered principles, this landmark project-recognized as the Best Mixed-Use Development in Saudi Arabia-introduced serene, tree-lined walkways and calming water features, setting a new standard for integrated urban environments.
2022
In 2022, NUMU took a major strategic step by developing The Business Hub, a large-scale mixed-use commercial destination backed by a one billion investment.
Featuring high-rise buildings and over 5,000 commercial spaces, the project integrates natural elements to create a balanced environment that supports productivity, innovation, and well-being in Riyadh’s evolving business landscape.
2025
In 2025, NUMU expanded into residential development through a reservation agreement with Umm Al-Qura Development & Construction Co. for a strategic land parcel within Masar Destination in Makkah, with a total investment value of 700 million.
This milestone reflects NUMU’s commitment to high-impact, sustainable projects aligned with Saudi Vision 2030, contributing to integrated urban development and long-term value creation.
2026
As part of our continued growth, NUMU is preparing to expand further in 2026 by entering the logistics sector, reinforcing our vision to diversify responsibly and contribute to the Kingdom’s future development.
